A plant stand

Where did you make it?

My parents garden.

Why did you do it?

It was a gift, but mostly for the fun of making it!

How did you do it?

I sketched a rough idea and made do with the limited tools I had (drill & old rusty saw). I decided to use dowel for the joints as I thought it'd look interesting.

The rough steps were:

1. Cut wood sections and dowel to size

2. Drill holes

3. Assemble dowel joints

4. Sand and finish with bees wax
